Pricing for plans on this website
Any plan you choose from Carter Home Designs site will cost between $800 and $1200, depending on square footage: $800 for plans up to 1500 square feet, $1000 for up to 2000 square feet, and $1200 for plans over 2000 square feet. Modifications can be made to any plan and are included in that plan

Pricing for Custom Plans
Prices to create new custom design plans are quoted individually. And will require a security deposit.

Process
Order fulfilment. All orders are processed when payment is received and processed.
Plans are sent by Canada Post within North America. Customers can request alternate shipping if they so desire

Any and all customizations to existing plans is approved before the order is fullfilled

Unique custom drawing will be arrnaged through an initial consultation.
